I called on a Friday to schedule excavation of my water line. Was told it would be "a few days." Had not been contacted by Thursday of the following week, so I called back. Nobody answered, so I left a voicemail asking for a return call. Nobody called back. I called again the following day, spoke to the same person from a week prior who could only tell me they would have to call me back. They never called back. I can't speak to the quality of their excavation service. I only know that they really didn't seem to care about returning calls or providing information. I wouldn't be so salty about it if they'd just been honest and said they were too busy. Instead I went for a week without water. Lesson learned.
