The absolute worst but you have no choice. I have lots of pics of brown water right from the tap. Ruined hot tub filters and laundry and created bottled water Expense. Lost more than $1k in leaked water AFTER I called tech to investigate. He said everything was good and then lied to management about that conversation when leakage was found. He got fired but I paid bill. Their board is just more of Brown County Good Ol Boys. I Should have sued and will testify if you do
This company really is behind the times. Not everyone lives their life in the way they want you to. We've been disconnected multiple times. Not to any inability to pay, but rather that we didn't play by their rules. Notices of disconnect look no different than a normal bill that we don't look at through snail mail. No way to sign up for auto bill pay online. We don't live in a manner that allows us to go to their office to give them a voided check. We don't even use checks. We use debit cards like normal people. The whole methodology is archaic and the people on the other end give zero compassion.
A bunch of incompetent jerks. We paid our bill and our services are still off. It is 90 degrees outside and we have animals. We told them we were worried about their health and they told us they could care less. I'll be contacting the OUCC. These crooks need to be investigated.

Horrible customer service! This company should be criminally investigated! BS charges and excessive charges for "service." Too bad folks in that area have no other choice for water utility or this company would be out of business! So glad we moved and don't have to deal with them anymore!
